1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CyberDrill ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CyberDrill is a cybersecurity drill and incident response exercise platform that enables organizations to plan, conduct, and evaluate security exercises. The Service includes scenario libraries, drill facilitation tools, reporting, and analytics features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

CyberDrill offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. A new organisation starts with a 30-day free trial. Paid plans are charged at the price shown at checkout. Monthly plans are billed each month; annual plans are billed once for twelve months. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel in the billing portal; a cancelled monthly plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the Service to conduct actual cyberattacks

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CyberDrill and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. We process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

CyberDrill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Drill scenarios are for training purposes only and do not guarantee actual incident response effectiveness.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
